Art 2
Ms. Barba's Art 2 class builds upon the skills learned in Art 1 and encourages students to translate those skills onto a different media. Here students will come across small metalsmithing work, painting from the masters, and conceptualizing and transferring intentions into functional works of art. Our end goal will be to develop an art portfolio that will be submitted for scholarships, Chicago and Nationwide competitions, and art exhibitions. Throughout the year we will also be focusing on art analysis and critiquing of classical works and our own artwork in it's developing stages.
