Jill Skintges

I am thrilled to be here teaching Geometry my third year here at Amundsen High School.

I am a career-changer, coming from the arts, a retired ballerina, dancing with companies such as Milwaukee Ballet, Ballet Oklahoma and the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago.

Educationally, I have a B.S in Economics and an M.S.T. (Masters of Science in Teaching of Mathematics through the math department) both from UIC.

Last school I had the pleasure of choreographing our first school musical in ten years, Chicago.  It exceeded my expectations!  I am looking forward to choreographing the musical this year, Mamma Mia!!
