It can help you when getting student loans, getting your own place, buying a car or in an emergency. It can also be detrimental to you financial health when misused. We will discuss credit and it's importance and dangers at our class meeting on Tuesday, 5/12 @9:30 or 2:30.

Do the best you can. This will be due Sunday 5/17 by midnight. We have only weeks left if you count this week. If you have any questions, I have office hours daily from 1-2 pm.

In this assignment you can be what you want to be and live wherever you'd like to live, but you need to have a budget. Read over the instructions in the CREATING ZERO BASED BUDGET document and fill out your answers in the CONSUMER ED. BUDGET PROJECT document that I've provided a copy for each of you.

I will see you Tuesday at 9:30 am or 2:30 pm. I will be able to answer questions about this assignment and go over details about grading procedures moving forward for the rest of the calendar school year after I and other teachers meet with our school's administration this afternoon.
