Dear students, as the end of the year approaches I thought of a super fun way end it.

I want you to write letters of advice for the new students that will take Chemistry/Biology(write only for the class you took) next year.
What advice would you give on how to “survive” or do well in Chemistry/Biology class?
What are the hardest parts of the course?

for this weeks assignment you have to identify three chemical compounds from the labels of products found in your home and complete the presentation.

You will receive 3 grades.
1. You will receive a grade for Identifying the chemical compounds.
2.You will receive a grade for completing a few slides.
3.You will receive your final summative grade (due Friday)

This week's assignment:
1.Design and conduct an original experiment. .
2.Complete the Design Your Own Experiment Template slide deck on Google Classroom.
3.You will receive two grades for this assignment :
a) for completing a few slides by Wednesday - 20 p.
b) for turning in the final presentation -25 p.
You may collaborate this with a classmate for this project. But email me to confirm.

The objective is Students can interact with media to use and create ideas and information.

Here's the guideline.
1. Select a Chemistry related topic (See Week 5/4 Overview for ideas)
If you need help selecting a topic, email me.
2. Open the powerpoint that I created for you and read through the slides to understand the expectations for this assignment. These are to guide you with your research.
3. Start your research and complete at least 2 slides a day.
4. To receive full credit, you must d complete minimum of 9 slides that I created for you and meet the expectations.

You have until Friday to submit this assignment.
