Former Student Transcript/Record Requests

Hello Viking Alumni!

 

We understand that sometimes you need access to your Amundsen transcript.  If that is the case, please follow the steps below to obtain it.  Reach out to Ms. Soto, our Registrar, ([email protected]) with any questions!  Thank you!

 

If you attended Amundsen High School prior to 2008, you must request your transcript and student records directly from CPS by clicking on the following link: CPS Former Student Records.

 

If you attended Amundsen AFTER 2008, you may request your transcripts directly from the school.  Follow these steps:

1.  Go the the Amundsen E-Pay site and click on "One time payment"

2.  Fill out the student information at the top and then scroll down and click "Transcripts"

3.  Complete the remaining information and then select and add the transcript fee to your cart

4.  Complete payment of the fee on the site

5.  Email Ms. Zulma Soto, the AHS Registrar ([email protected]) to let her know that you have completed these steps and to confirm your information.
