Tuesday, February 17, is a non-attendance day for students. The College Possible junior team will be proctoring an ACT practice test for CP juniors. Register using the QR code in the flyer. Lunch will be provided.
Also, it is scholarship season for seniors! The College Possible senior team will be hosting a scholarship working session during lunch periods on February 4 and February 11. View the flyer.

GRATITUDINATIONS | Teacher Appreciation Treats
FOA is collecting treats to deliver to the staff lounge on 2/11 to show our great Teachers and Staff some love as we approach Valentine's Day! Please contribute (at least) two dozen individually wrapped goodies, homemade or purchased. You may deliver your contribution to a volunteer's home very close to school anytime between 2/7 through 2/10. Further details about drop-off will be emailed to you after you've signed up HERE.
GET INVOLVED | Freadom Road Foundation Drive
Key Club is hosting a supplies drive for the Freadom Road Foundation!
What we need: CRAYOLA Colored Pencils & Crayons, Coloring Books (for kids and adults), Blank Sketchbooks, and Reward Stickers
When: January 28th - February 6th
Where: Drop-off in Main Office
Why donate? All donations will go directly to the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated/returning citizens, and their families. The Freadom Road Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that works to break the cycle of intergenerational incarceration through free programs and services. View the flyer here.

REMINDER | Raise the Sails 2026
Raise the Sails, Amundsen’s biggest school-wide fundraiser is just around the corner on Friday, February 20th. Learn more, buy tickets, donate auction items or become a sponsor HERE.
Ticket prices will increase from $100 to $115 on February 6. If you have been planning to attend, now is a great time to purchase tickets at the current rate. Families may also support the event through family sponsorships or direct donations, which make a meaningful difference for our school community.
