Welcome to remote learning where we’ll continue to work-out on a daily basis. One of the requirements of remote learning is that you need to email me what sort of work-out you’re doing and how often (minimum is at least once a week). I will continue to post work-out videos and by now you have enough variety to decide which ones you like most to use for your work-outs.
I know virtual learning is not always the same level of motivation that you get in the gym where teachers lead exercises and ensure you’re stretching properly, but now more than ever, it’s important to your overall well-being and health that you keep exercising and stretching.
So keep up with your work-outs!! If anybody wants or needs help developing a personal workout plan please email me at [email protected]. We’ll work together to create goals and a work-out plan for you.
