Course Description
As part of the Cluster Program, students learn and practice job and communication skills serving breakfast to fellow students. They take orders, serve, and clean the tables first thing in the morning. This is similar to Cluster Joe--our class's "company" that the students "work for," where once a week they serve coffee and/or hot chocolate to teachers and staff who order our product. Skills include grinding coffee, serving coffee throughout the building, and cleaning equipment among others.
