Note that there are 50 questions, but it is only worth 45. So you have the ability of getting 5 extra credit points if you score a 100%.

Colors are selected must be more than just black and white
Pictures are labeled
Label storyboard with tags and sections
Can be hand drawn, Google drawings, Google Slides, etc.

Log in using Google (your CPS account)

Click "Catalog" on the top of the page. Scroll down until you locate the "Courses" section.

Take the "Introduction to HTML" course. Your assignment is to complete the first module in the 'Learn HTML: Elements and Structure' called "Introduction to HTML" (see pictures below for reference).

Before the end of class screenshot and upload your progress to this assignment even if you are not done.
IF you are not completely finished, finish it over the weekend and upload the new screenshot.

Due by the end of class.
Formative: 10 pts
ATL : 1 pt for turning it on time.

Read and complete the assessment at the end.

Remember that a paragraph should be a minimum of 5 quality sentences. Summaries should be thorough.

This should be done independently today in class. Need to complete all parts for all 4 questions for tomorrow.

Create a rubric for evaluating websites/sources

Must
-Have a minimum of 5 criterions
-Tell the user how to use it
-Be consistent

After reading the Newsela article, complete this assignment.
You will only be allowed to do this assignment once.

-Print screen your e-mail
-Paste it into a google doc.

-Type your biopoem on one of the three platforms that we learned this week (docs, slides, or drawings)
-Alter the font in color, style, and size.
-Add a shape
-Add a picture

Things to keep in mind:
*Is the font big enough?
*Does it look professional?
*Is it aesthetically pleasing?
*Are you comfortable sharing what is written in your poem?
*Are the pictures pertinent and appropriately sized.

If you are doing docs:
-Change line spacing to take up one whole page.

If you are doing slides:
-Should be at least two slides (title + poem) but could be more
-Should have transitions between slides

If you are doing drawings:

-A word that starts with each letter of your name
-words that are highlighted
-words that has the font changed in color and style
-words that are underlined, bolded, or italicized.
