 Since it's the beginning of the year, today we will be setting some goals and expectations. If you're at home, you'll open a Google Slides and answer "This year I will... [fill in something you want to achieve]" and decorate the slide. Make two of these--one of these for something personal you want to accomplish and one health goal you want to accomplish. This is due by the end of the day. 



Create your assignment using Google Slides or on paper. If you create your assignment on paper, submit a picture of it.

2. Imagine a friend is pressuring you to sneak out of your house to go to a party. Describe all the possible decisions you could make in this situation. Then list all the stages you would go through in making your decision.
3. List a few groups, things, or people that influence your behavior positively. List a few more groups, things, or people that influence your behavior negatively. How does each of these influence you?
4. Identify three goals that you hope to accomplish within the next month and three goals that you hope to accomplish within the next 10 years.
