Today you will be competing in our CrossFitt Challenge CHIPPER WOD event - This will be a one-round series of exercises, with high reps, to be completed in the fastest time possible. This is going to be a high-volume, muscle-building grind. You have the whole period to complete the workout as fast as you possibly can. As you work through the WOD use the workout log to keep track of what exercises and reps you have completed. If you see a cell on this log that is shaded gray, this means data should be typed in that cell (name, period, completed reps. etc.) Once you complete the total prescribed reps for each exercise check the check box under that exercise. If you are not able to complete the prescibed reps for an exercise, type the total reps completed in the gray shaded cell under the exercise, move on, then come back to it latter and try to complete it. If for somereason you are unable to perform a particular execsise, choose an exercise in your realm of ability as a substitute (all exercise substitutions should be typed in place of the exercise it is replacing and reps should remain the same). After you have completed filling out your log sheet be sure to submit it immediatly. When you submit your log Google Classroom will time stamp it. It is through this time stamp that the first five people to complete the workout will be determined. Remember the first 5 students to complet the workout will be have one of their lowest semest 2 grades dropped. Remember if your log is submitted after Midnight tonight it will be considered late, and will not be accepted for full credit. Total Reps today = 500

Today's WOD is a CHIPPER - A one-round series of exercises, usually with high reps, to be completed in the fastest time possible. This is going to be a high-volume, muscle-building grind. You have the whole period to complete as much of this workout as possible. You will work your way through all 7 exercises then work to complete all exercises except the squat jumps a second time in reverse order. I have attached a 3 min video to the workout which explains how you should work through the WOD and provides an exampe of each exercise. As you work through the WOD use the workout log to keep track of what exercises and reps you have completed. If you see a cell on this log that is shaded gray, this means data should be typed in that cell (name, period, comleted reps. etc.) Once you compete the total prescribed reps for each exercise check the check box under that exercise. If you are not able to complete the prescibed reps for an exercise, type the total reps completed in the gray shaded cell under the exercise. If for somereason you are unable to perform a particular execsise, choose an exercise in your realm of ability as a substitute (all exercise substitutions should be typed in place of the exercise it is replacing and reps should remain the same). After you have completed filling out your log sheet be sure to submit it, so that you get full credit for the day. Remember if this log is submitted after Midnight tonight it will be considered late, and will not be accepted for full credit. Total Reps today = 980

There is no time limit on this. You can take the whole period if you like. Just be sure to give yourself time to think through the questions before you answer them. Be honest with yourself, and allow your responses to flow, while answering “why” whenever possible.

As you work through today's exercises. use this log sheet to keep track of your progress. After you complete each round click the check box in the grey completed round column. The goal today is to complete as many rounds as you can in 20 min. There is no video today, so you will work at your own pace to complete 5 reps of each exercise for as many rounds as possible. There is also no prescribed rest time so take breaks when and for as long as needed. Remember the longer you rest the harder it is to start back up. After you finish your workout calculate your total completed reps for each exercise and enter it in the total reps cell at the bottom. For those of you who have injuries and or space issues, pick 2 exercises from the list of options and substitute them in place of the Thigh Slap Jumps and Body Weight Walkout Push Ups. Remeber, this is a contest - the students with the top 5 highest reps for the day will be eligiable to have one of their lowest grades for the quarter dropped! Good Luck!

After you complete each exercise click the check box to the right to mark that exercise and round completed. The goal today is to see how many rounds you can complete in 10 min. There is no prescribed rest time so take breaks when and for as long as needed. Remember the longer you rest the harder it is to start back up. After you finish your workout calculate your total completed reps for each exercise and enter it in the total reps cell at the bottom. This weeks workout is an AMRAMP (R = Rounds). This means you will be given 30 min to complete as many rounds as possible. After you complete each exercise check its box on your log sheet. When completing the workout, work from top to bottom. So start with Round 1, do all 9 exercises, and check each box. Then move to Round 2 and repeat. At the end of the 30 min tally your round totals in the Total Rounds column. The video is attached as reference in case you forget what an exercise is or how its done. This is the same workout we did last week so you should be able to move through the exercises without following the pace of the video. There are no limitations on when and how long you rest. Break as needed when needed. Remember, the goal here is to complete as many rounds as you can. Try to find a good pace, focus on your breathing and work hard!
