A contract developed by the Illinois Teen Driver Safety Task Force to promote safe driving habits and responsibility. Is not mandatory to be issued a license, but helps students stay safe.
Use this link to check your eligibility before going to the Secretary of State for your license. Remember that you must have completed the 30 hours of classroom, 6 hours of behind-the-wheel, and held your permit for 9 months.
