Senior Seminar

Hello Vikings and Viking Families. My name is Ms. McMahon, and I co-teach Senior Seminar with Ms. Lane. We are excited to work with seniors as they explore the future pathways awaiting them after graduation. 

For my undergraduate degree, I attended New York University where I majored in literature and creative writing. I completed my master’s degree in Secondary English Education at Northwestern University. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy being with my large and wonderful family, as well as spending time with friends. I also always make time for reading, of course!

Ms. Lane and I work with a wonderful group of collaborators on the Senior Team and the Amundsen Post-Secondary Leadership Team. The teenage years are a special time, and we truly enjoy helping students feel good about themselves as they become ready for their futures after high school graduation.
