Natalie Klimek » Introduction

Hello! Welcome to the 2019-20 School Year! This is my first year teaching at Amundsen High School in the Diverse Learners Department. I have been teaching with CPS for 2 years, but began my teaching career at Waukegan HS in 2013 at the age of 30.  Before teaching, I worked as an ophthalmic technician until I finally decided to pursue my Master's in teaching and received my LBS1 certification in 2012 from National Louis University. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Loyola University.
I was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago and true to my northside roots, I will always cheer on the Chicago Cubs!
