Rachel Shuki, Diverse Learner Teacher

About Ms. Shuki
Ms. Shuki is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Shuki earned a bachelor's degree in Education with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University. After completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Shuki was completed a fellowship which allowed her to teach part time in southern Ohio while earning a master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Ohio University. After completing the fellowship, Ms. Shuki moved to Chicago in 2013. Prior to teaching at Amundsen, Ms. Shuki taught at a charter school. Ms. Shuki was eager to join the Amundsen community and has loved getting to know the incredible Viking students and staff.
Ms. Shuki is the JV Girl's Soccer coach. She also oversee's Amundsen's Feminist Club which meets twice a month on Wednesdays in room 216.

Office Hours
Ms. Shuki does hold help sessions regularly which she announces in class and on Google classroom. Ms. Shuki is always happy to support her students and requests that they email her (RAShuki1@cps.edu) to set up an appointment.
