Course Description

This course provides students with a survey of modern U.S. business, analyzing organization and types of
businesses, major business functions, marketing, business law and ethics, business and the environment, roles played by business and consumers in the economy, money and banking, and various economic systems. Additional topics include personal financial literacy, corporate finance and accounting, and investing in the stock market to meet short term and long term goals.
